Nameste Conscious Cultivators! My name is Mercedes. I strive to be an ambassador for the human spirit. I believe that everything you will ever need for happiness, health, and abundance is already inside of you. Cultivating Consciousness is about learning to trust your soul, find your voice, reach your potential, eat great food, and have FUN on the journey.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous. Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." -Nelson Mandella
I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, truly in one of the most beautiful communities and one of the best kept secrets in the Midwest. I live with my husband and our fur-child. As a couple, we strive toward living a healthy lifestyle through eating well (mind), thinking well (soul), and moving well (body). Chiropractic is a huge part of our lives, as my husband is the only wellness-certified chiropractor in the area.
"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience." -Teilhard de Chardin
